Yearly service and maintenance

HOT TUB ANNUAL SERVICE - £195

30 POINT CHECK - INCLUDING NEW FILTER / PIPE CLEAN TREATMENT

We recommend that your spa has an Annual Service which includes the following:-

- We post you a pipe clean treatment to be added ( remove filter ) 2 days before our visit.  

On the day of your service we:-

  • Drain spa
  • Clean headrests
  • Vac out remaining water
  • Install new filter ( Including FOC )
  • Balance water PH with electronic meter
  • Check cabinet for damage
  • Re-stain cabinet if Cedar with Cedar stain
  • Jets - check operation / pressure
  • Pumps - check for noise / water pressure
  • Heater - check operation
  • Check cabinet for signs of water / stains
  • Suctions - check operation
  • Light lenses- check for damage / leaks
  • Hose lines - check for leaks / blockages
  • Check cover retaining clips
  • Check operation of other associated extras (Ozone or music systems )
  • Clean acrylic surface
  • Rinse spa
  • Clean / inspect cover
  • Check cover lift operation
  • Check shell for damage
  • Filtration - check settings cycles
  • Jets - backs / check for leaks
  • Pumps - check / replace seals
  • Heater - check / replace seals
  • Suctions - clean grates
  • Lights - check operation
  • Filter unit - check for leaks
  • Topside - check operation
  • Check diverters / air controls

 

If there are found to be any defective / damaged parts these will be either replaced / repaired under warranty ( if applicable ) or after the Engineer has consulted the customer to confirm any additional costs.

SPA COVERS / LIFTERS

Spa covers need to be replaced every 3 years ( on average ) because of the gradual ingress of water / steam which reduces the insulation benefit and makes them heavy to lift / move. At the time of the service a new cover can be delivered ( old one disposed of ) if you pre-order, or at a later date ( delivery charges applicable ) if you wish us to check your cover when we visit. In addition, the technicians carry cover lifters I the vans which also need to be replaced at around 3 years because of the mechanical nature of their operation. (Fitted free of charge ).

FREE CHEMICAL / FILTER DELIVERY

If you pre-order any chemicals etc. they can be delivered on the day of your service and you can benefit from a 10% discount.
